Ultrasonic gas analyzer can theoretically measure all kinds of mixture of two gases.
There are no consumables and it is long-lasting.
And because warm-up is not necessary and measurements can be done the moment the power is supplied.
We have applied the ultrasonic gas analyzer to measure these gases;
Rare gases, Shielding gases, Greenhouse gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Hydrogen, Carbon dioxide, Helium, Argon, Xenon, Krypton, Neon, Sulfur hexafluoride, Carbon tetrafluoride, Nitrous oxide.

"Small and medium enterprises’ excellent new technology and new product prizes" which was cosponsored by The Resona foundation For Small And Medium Enterprise Promotion and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun. The prizes are presented every year to aim at the promotion of the technology of small and medium enterprises and to contribute to the development of industries in Japan by the cosponsorship of The Resona foundation For Small And Medium Enterprise Promotion and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun.
The prizes are given to outstanding new technologies, new products, etc through strict evaluations in two categories which are “technology and product” and “software”.
